Congratulations! You’ve found our home-away-from-home in Buenos Aires. Our apartment is your gateway to a fabulous vacation in Buenos Aires, Argentina—one of the world’s most fascinating cities. We are in the charming burrio of San Telmo, famous for its cobbled streets, antique markets and tango. Conveniently located one block from the famous San Telmo Market, now a bustling hub of gastronomic delights. We are two blocks from Plaza Dorrego where there are many bars and restaurants. The space The apartment is located in San Telmo, the oldest part of Buenos Aires which is always full of activity and life. While we do have 4 bedrooms, the apartment is ideally suited to 3 couples as the bedroom configuration is two doubles bedrooms and one queen size bedroom (all with ensuite) and two single beds in the loft ( no bathroom). However, we are also happy to host fewer people and can offer a discount for 2-4 people As this is a historic building, there is no lift. Access is by stairs and we are on the second floor. So this means you have one flight to the neighbours below and then two to us. After the first day you get the hang of it and I find myself jogging up but it is not for everyone. Guest access Guests have the entire apartment to access Other things to note Ruben Franco is our greeter and he will meet you at the apartment and show you around. We are not able to leave a key outside as the access requires two sets of keys Normal check-in can be from 8am to 8pm and we are flexible if guests want to leave luggage or need to check out at a later time If check-in is outside these hours, we will need to charge an extra charge to cover travel for Ruben as he does not live in the local area For those who seeking extended stays of more than one month, we would ask that consideration be given to contributing to excess utility charges
