Casa Brit is a space created for those who want to have a different experience while passing through Buenos Aires. The house features 5 bedrooms, 4 of them with ensuite full bathrooms, a big kitchen, a garden with a pool area, a dinning room that sits 12-14 people, a TV and screening room, and a beautiful patio. The place is great for big groups, families or couples that want to enjoy living in one of the most beautiful, and less traveled sites in the city. The space Built in 1928 in the Belgrano R neighborhood, the house was entirely refurbished for those looking for a stay in a place in the city characterized by its tranquility and the charm of its surroundings. It offers all the necessary comforts to rest and relax; and several common spaces to share meetings and meals, and perform different activities that adapt to the needs of our guests. Casa Brit expresses the spirit of Belgrano R neighbourhood where most of the houses in were built in the 1920s between Forest and Melian Avenues and preserve a high architechtural and historical value. Our goal is to reinvent the concept of bed and breakfast, revaluing its conventions with a more current, energetic and, above all, human proposal. We love to receive and we want those who choose us to enjoy the small moments that make up the daily life of the house: starting the day with breakfast in the large table of our dining room, relaxing in the sun by the pool, or reading in the garden in the afternoon. While you'll have complete privacy within your own home, with its dedicated street entrance, the garden and patio are shared spaces with the owner of the other house. During your stay, you'll have exclusive use of the pool, garden, and patio. This ensures you can enjoy these amenities privately and comfortably. There's a possibility of encountering the owner while using the shared spaces as they access their residence. However, the other house is located a comfortable distance away, minimizing any potential disruption
