This is a fully-renovated house in the heart of Palermo Soho, which is Buenos Aires' go-to place for restaurants, bars and specialty shops. The neighborhood is leafy and low-rise with a very relaxed feel to it. You will be walking-distance from some of the best places to eat or drink or tango in the city. The house has five bedrooms (one of them small) and a spacious living-room. It also has three outdoor spaces. This charming house offers five bedrooms with a total of ten beds. Two of the queen beds can be converted into four single beds, giving you plenty of flexibility to arrange the sleeping setup that best suits your group. On the first floor, you'll find three cozy bedrooms, one of the three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, two lovely patios, and a charming balcony—perfect spots to relax and enjoy fresh air. Upstairs is the brand-new master bedroom with a private en suite bathroom and a beautiful deck, ideal for unwinding or enjoying a glass of wine as the sun sets. There’s also a small room with a single bed that closes with a blackout curtain instead of a door. Located next to the terrace and the third bathroom, it’s not a full-sized room but it has plenty of natural light, air conditioning, and a cozy atmosphere for one guest. The highlight of the upper floor is the large terrace with a barbecue grill—perfect for sharing meals, laughter, and great times under the open sky.
