There are 4 fully equipped kitchens, perfect for those who enjoy cooking at home, while the large terrace with barbecue and private pool is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the sun and summer nights. In addition, the house has two four bathrooms and air conditioning in all rooms for greater comfort. Located just 400 meters from Plaza Serrano (Cortazar), the heart of Palermo Soho, this neighborhood is home to some of the best restaurants, bars, and nightclubs in the city. Guest access We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms. Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.
