A very bright and spacious studio with a balcony ideal for 2 people Premium building 24-hour security, gym, pool, and laundry Many bars and restaurants in the area The apartment is a few blocks from Palermo close to Movistar Arena (7min drive, 10min bus, and 20min walk) Near River Plate (20 minutes by bus 42) Guest access On the first floor of the building, you'll find a large dry square to enjoy the outdoors for a while. In addition, on the 24th floor there is a fully-equipped gym with great views of the city to enjoy while exercising, and on the same floor you can use the laundry (for a fee) with a very simple system to access it. Finally, on the 25th floor, you'll find the pool (open from October to April) and you can admire a panoramic view of the city. The building has 24-hour security. Other things to note Next to the building is a coffee shop, where you can have breakfast in the morning, and buy some quick meals. There are also several supermarkets, a bakery, and food shops on the same block as the building
