With quick access to the different points of the city and only 1.3 km away from Plaza de Mayo (Cabildo and Casa Rosada) and the Obelisco. The apartments are bright and feature modern decor with comfortable furniture. They have air conditioning, hot/cold, an equipped kitchen, and a living area with a flat-screen cable TV. The space This 45 m2 apartment is modern, bright and with a beautiful open view at sunrise over the buildings of Avenida 9 de Julio. It has large windows and porcelain floors. It has a kitchenette equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob and full dishware. In the dining room there is a glass table with 4 chairs, in the bedroom 2 individual sommiers (with 2 sets of bedding), in addition to furniture suitable for storing clothes, books, etc., and in the living room a sofa, small table and 32"led TV with cable.
