Just a few meters from several transportation options, you'll be quickly connected to the city's main points, making it the perfect place for those who want to explore everything Buenos Aires has to offer. Palermo is a charming and safe neighborhood, famous for its unique atmosphere and proximity to iconic spaces such as the Arcos District Shopping Walkway, which is just across the street. The apartment is fully equipped for both leisure and work, providing you with maximum comfort during your stay. We have two queen beds, high-quality linens, and everything you need to feel right at home. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for preparing simple meals: pots and pans, an electric stove, a full set of dishes, cups, and utensils. In addition, there is a microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle for your convenience. Please let us know if you have any questions or if there is anything we can do to further improve your experience during your stay. Guest access For your check-in, you have two options: Hand-delivered keys: You can do it from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Our concierge will coordinate directly with you for your check-in. Lockbox pick-up: If you arrive after 6:00 pm, the key will be available in a lockbox located near the apartment, so you can pick it up comfortably. If you prefer to hand over the keys after the established time (6:00 pm), this will incur an additional cost of 50 USD
