Please read the rules before booking.-- Children under 12 years of age are not allowed because there is no safety net. This spacious studio has everything you need to make your stay a pleasant one. It has a super king bed (2 x 2 m), bathroom, closet, big table, refrigerator, microwave, nespresso, toaster, stove burners and all kitchen utensils. In case of leaving it and having to call a locksmith to open the door, the expense will be borne by the guest •Access to the gym must be with appropriate clothing and shoes and be over 18 years old. •No parties or events are allowed. •Arrival time is from 2:00 p.m. •The departure time is at 10 a.m. •When it is possible to make an early entry (before 2 PM) or a late departure (after 10 AM) (sometimes the calendar does not allow it) •At the time of reservation, full name and identity number or passport of each guest will be requested.
