Modern very spacious studio unit located on the 8th floor in the high-rise “Palermo Uno Tower”, a state of the art modern building of 32 floors in the exciting “Palermo Soho” quarter. This is our second apartment in the building. We can assure you it is just as great! The space This is a very comfortable studio apartment for two people. It has a super comfortable queen size bed, a desk area with high speed wi-fi internet, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony overlooking the swimming pool, a dining table and a very nice couch to relax in the evening. The building has an amazing swimming pool, garden area, gym and spa with jacuzzi and sauna overlooking the city. Furthermore there is 24 hour security at the gate. You can't miss this one! Guest access Guests are welcome to use the amenities in the building: swimming pool open during the warm months of the year (typically end of November through March), fantastic gym on the top floor, garden areas and laundry in the basement. The building has a party salon that is not for guests. Guests are not allowed to bring outside people to use the amenities as use is controlled by security
