This warm and bright space will make you fall in love with the neighborhood and the amenities it offers. The space Modern studio located on the 7th floor at the rear of the building, on Güemes and Thames streets, with a semi-integrated kitchen. Equipped with everything you need for both short and long stays. Beautiful balcony with table and chairs to enjoy a coffee or wine, and an open and peaceful view. We have: * Split air conditioning with heating/cooling. * 300 MB Wi-Fi connection. Comfortable desk for working. * TV with FLOW decoder. * Blackout curtains. * Dining table with 3 chairs. * Two twin-size box springs, 80 cm wide x 1.90 meters long, or one king-size box spring, 1.80 meters wide x 1.90 meters long, depending on the guest's requirements. * Kitchen equipped with: toaster, electric kettle, microwave, electric coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, oven, and two electric burners. * Full bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer. * Closet with hangers and iron. Cleaning service is not included but can be requested at an extra cost.
