Located in the best area of Palermo Soho, close to La Rural and the Botanical Garden. Just a few meters from the “D” subway line, trains, and buses on Santa Fe Avenue and Juan B. Justo Avenue. Steps away from the Arcos District (shopping) and renowned restaurants such as “Don Julio” and “El Preferido de Palermo.” The space Modern studio located in Güemes and Thames, with a semi-integrated kitchen. Fully equipped with everything you need for both short and long stays. Beautiful balcony with table and chairs to enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine, and an open and peaceful view. We offer: * Split air conditioning (heating/cooling). * 300 MB Wi-Fi connection. Comfortable desk for working. * TV with ROKU control. * Blackout curtains. * Dining table with 4 chairs. * 2 twin-size box springs, 80 cm wide x 1.90 meters long, or a king-size box spring, 1.80 meters wide x 1.90 meters long, depending on the guest's requirements. * Kitchen equipped with: toaster, electric kettle, microwave, French press coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, oven, and 2 ceramic hobs. * Full bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer. * Closet with hangers and iron. Cleaning service is not included but can be requested at an extra cost. For long stays, we recommend cleaning service every 15 days. -The crib is subject to availability, and a fee of USD 20 must be paid to cover its transfer. Guest access The building features: *24/7 security *Outdoor pool on the terrace. Open from November to March. *Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Operates with prepaid tokens. Other things to note Check out time should be until 10 am and check in time should be from 2 pm onwards Self check in. Pets are not allowed No parties or events are allowed. Full name and passport or ID photo will be requested at the time of booking. Also the flight number and arrival time. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the pool, sauna, gym and common areas (no guests allowed)
