The loft has an excellent location in Palermo Hollywood neighborhood, surrounded by restaurants, bars and design shops. There are no much offices apart from the design and software firms that are principally located in the area. It is also the area for modern and stylist furniture stores. It’s a zone with a lot of old, Spanish-style architecture, more than other areas of the city. The combination of low houses, wide streets and trees lends it a nice atmosphere. Security is not an issue in Palermo, as it is not in most of the neighborhoods you are probably going to visit (Palermo, Recoleta, Puerto Madero, San Telmo).
