Strategically located 250 meters from Av. Cordoba and 500 meters from Plaza Serrano in a quiet area of the renowned neighborhood of Palermo. The space The building has a pool (available in summer) and ample outdoor space with lounge chairs and place and appliances for exercise so you can enjoy the stay to the fullest. To get to the pool/terrace/gym, you have to climb to the 4th floor by elevator and then 1 floor by staircase. It's on the 5th floor. Other things to note The gym has 3 outdoor exercise machines.
