Unique accommodation in Palermo: a delicately designed apartment at Buenos Aire’s best; close to bars and restaurants and excellent transport connections (subway / bus). Within walking distance of tourist attractions such as the Botanical Garden, the Eco Park, La rural, La Mesquita, the Palermo shopping center, the cinema and more. Fully equipped for a comfortable stay for long and short term periods. The space From the moment you walk in the apartment, you will find a spacious living room with a fully equipped integrated kitchen and a patio. The bedroom has a “queens” extra comfortable bed (160x200cm) and a dressing room. The apartament is not it’s only close to every means of transport you need to get around the city, it’s also the best area to stay in. The apartment was designed and furnished for a comfortable and pleasant stay: a place to call home while you are here. For home office travelers, there is ultra high speed Wi-Fi connection (Fiber) and a side desk. The apartment is located on the ground floor which is accessed by going up four steps from the entrace. FAQ - How far from Ezeiza Airport (EZE) is the apartment? 40-50 minutes away by car. - How far from Aeropuerto Jorge Newbery (AEP) is the apartment? 15-20 minutos away by car. - Is there a gym close by? You can either find “BIGG” 50mts from the apt, “Megathlon” 2 blocks away and “WellClub” (has a swimming pool) 4 blocks away. There are cheaper other options too. - What is the size of the bed? 160x200cm (a bit bigger than queen) - Do I need a special card for public transportation? Yes, it’s called SUBE and I will leave one for you to use during your stay. Other things to note The apartment is located on a very high ground floor: it is almost as if it were a first floor. Regarding its accessibility, it is not necessary to climb elevators or long stairs to access: only 4 stair steps
