Beautiful studio on the 9th floor with an open view, very bright and quiet, in a central location, ideal for walking around the city, seeing shows, cultural life, shopping and even paperwork. Super close to everything important: Puerto Madero, Galerías Pacífico, pedestrian Florida, Plaza de Mayo, Luna Park, theaters on Av. Corrientes, Obelisco, Recoleta, and San Telmo. One step away from the Buquebús. Museums, iconic buildings, bars, and restaurants. Subway, parking, and public transportation 1 minute away. The space The studio has large windows in the front and on one side, providing an open and clear view, which makes it very bright, sunny and airy. At night it is totally quiet. Black-out curtains. Air conditioning hot/cold and central hot water. It has a double bed and a closet with mirrored sliding doors. Kitchenette with large bar for breakfast and even work, with all the necessary utensils, electric kettle, microwave, electric toaster, refrigerator and washing machine. NOT SUITABLE FOR COOKING, only for heating food or what can be cooked in a microwave (no stoves). Tea, coffee, sweeteners, and basic condiments available. Plug adapter. Very comfortable bathroom with sliding door and window to the outside that provides natural light and ventilation, large vanity, bathtub and bidet, with everything you need for cleaning and personal hygiene.
