Ph in the background, very safe, 1 block from the train mitre Retiro, Tigre, and 3 from Avenida Peron with several bus lines Very quiet neighborhood one block downtown with several shops. I live with my partner woman, we are 2 women, we offer good treatment, privacy and good mates😉 The space Quiet space, in a safe neighborhood near train and buses. Downtown 1 block where you can buy whatever you like. Guest access It is a living room with 2 comfortable armchairs, a table, another small one in front of a Smart TV with WiFi where you can enjoy a movie or YouTube or cable from here, with a fan and hot and cold air. My room with bathroom is separate. Other things to note i smoke tobacco...usually in my room...but there may be a smell of cigarettes, I usually turn on shrubs and ventilate. I also have a cat that is very friendly, it doesn't bother you but if you play with him and want to socialize the delighted and me too
