Cozy designer’s studio located in Palermo Queens. Close to bars, restaurants and markets in trendy foodie area. Also, concert venue Movistar Arena within walking distance. The apartment is very well connected, one block from Corrientes Avenue, with all the underground and bus networks. The space This spacious bright studio is perfect for a couple or solo traveler. It is on the fifth floor of a modern building with five star amenities: heated swimming pool, gym, game room, grilling area and a beautiful garden. The apartment features solid wood furniture, warm colors, a large sofa, a queen bed with cotton linen and lots of pillows, an open plan kitchen with a small electric stove, oven and microwave. There is a full bathroom with shower/tub; the water pressure is great and fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash are provided. The studio has a nice balcony overlooking the garden and pool in the morning sunshine. Guest access Guests may have access to the heated swimming pool. It is usually enjoyed by permanent residents so it may be quite crowded on weekends. No alcoholic beverages or glass containers are allowed in the area. It is open during the summer season (1/11 to 31/3) from 9 to 21. The gym is open from 7 to 23. Bear in mind that this is a residential area not a resort. The use of the apartment and amenities is exclusive for registered guests
