Beautiful 34m2 studio apartment on the street with balcony, bright and quiet in the heart of Palermo Queens. Fiber optic WiFi. 24-hour security, pool, garden, gym, and game room. Very close to Plaza Serrano, Movistar Arena and subway line B. Area with restaurants, bars, cafes and outlets. The space Perfectly equipped for you to have a great stay. Kitchen with electric oven, stove, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, utensils and full dinnerware. Smart air conditioning system. Excellent WiFi available, 43" smart TV, cable TV and speaker sound equipment. Double bed and small single bed (for children or teenagers, NOT adults).
