It has everything you need to have an excellent stay. Kitchen & Bathroom fully equipped. It has a washing machine It has WiFi and cable TV It has a beautiful pool on the ground floor. There is a garage in front if you come by car. There is a supermarket next to the building. Walking distance to Plaza Armenia and Plaza Serrano. The space This accommodation has everything you need for a great stay. It is a two-room apartment with a large balcony. It is on the 5th floor facing each other In the main room there is a hot and cold air conditioner, a large closet and a super comfortable queen size bed In the living room there is a TV, a coffee table and an additional bed that works as an armchair as well. Next to the kitchen there is a table with 4 chairs. And in the kitchen, you will find all the elements to cook. We leave you coffee, tea, yerba, and sugar for breakfast. There is also a washing machine!! And the bathroom is complete with shower and bathtub and has a hairdryer.
