Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The space The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. It has two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. A large living room with a 55-inch smart TV and 4500 BTU air conditioning. When we remodeled it, with a lot of effort, we tried to maintain the old style of the building, which is really wonderful. We carefully choose vintage objects that we lovingly restore and recycle. As for the location, it's perfect, it's close to everything! One block from Florida and the beautiful Plaza San Martín, 10 blocks from the Colón Theater, and very close to the Kirchner Cultural Center. Shops of all kinds, supermarkets, kiosks, parking lots, etc. abound in the area. On the other hand, all subways are 100 meters away so you can move wherever you like. And we're just a few blocks from the bus station. We hope you feel at home and have a wonderful stay
