Here you will find a quiet and respectful atmosphere, designed for people who value good coexistence. Each guest is expected to keep their space clean, respect quiet hours (10:30pm – 6:30am) and take care of utensils and furniture as if they were their own. Electricity 💡 consumption: covered up to an amount of 5 USD per month. If there is a surplus, it will be at the guest's expense.
