A beautiful, bright apartment, very well located, close to main avenues and means of transportation in the beautiful neighborhood of Almagro. The apartment has a large kitchen with a bar included. Full bathroom with a washer. A room with a double bed and closet, and a beautiful window with an American blind that lets in a lot of light. The living room has a sofa and extra mattress and a beautiful balcony. Access is by elevator or stairs to a quiet 5th floor. Other things to note No parties. Only registered guests. 🙏 Welcome: enjoy the space with respect. 🚫 No parties, gatherings, or loud music. 🕙 Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, for the neighbors. 🚷 Only those who are on the reservation can enter. 🚭 No smoking inside; only on the balcony. 🧹 Leave the place tidy when you leave. Violating these rules can lead to early cancellation of the stay. Thank you for your understanding
