Cozy and luminous loft with two levels connected by a cast-iron spiral staircase: 1) Main level with integrated and fully equipped kitchen-dining and living space with a comfortable sofa-bed (full size) and 50" LCD TV, secluded balcony with rear open view, and full bathroom. 2) Mezzanine level with bedroom (extra-comfy queen bed) with a 50" LCD TV, spacious walk in closet, and working area. The whole space features a double height area (low railings-caution with children). The space Conveniently located between Avenues Cordoba and Corrientes, with access to many bus and subway lines. Walking distance Palermo Soho and to the Abasto Shopping Center. We are a few blocks away from the Italian Hospital. The neighborhood has a lot of restaurants and bars, just like "El Banderin" (try the Locro) and " Guarda La Vieja" (try the Risotto) Guest access The host will give you a set of keys upon your arrival. At the unit, do not forget your keys inside as there is no way to re-enter the unit without a set of keys. Other things to note The loft has very fast internet connection of 1000 Mbps. There is a construction nearby, so you can expect some noise during the weekdays
