Welcome to the Artist's Studio in Almagro, an original and bright fully equipped studio, in front of the Italian Hospital and near Centennial Park. It is a modern and quiet space, with everything you need for a comfortable and practical stay in a prime location of Buenos Aires. Close to 2 main avenues with subways that take you to downtown and multiple bus lines, it is a vibrant area with shops, cafes, cultural life and neighboring the Palermo neighborhood. The space The apartment is a studio with an integrated kitchen, and a small piece of furniture under divides a dining area, equipped with a table for 4 people, from the resting area, with a double bed with storage space Designed for a single person or a couple, the apartment has access to the common terrace with a small pool, which can be used on weekdays from 9 am to 6 pm (between mid-December and the end of February, always depending on the weather conditions), and a grill (you have to book it) Located on the front of the building, it has large views and direct sun during the afternoon to enjoy the balcony with a table and two chairs. Other things to note The Artist´s Studio has * Black-out curtains. * Smart TV and WI FI * Table for 4 people and complete set of dishes. * Air conditioning cold/heat. * Full kitchen with all appliances (electric anafe, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, toaster, electric pava) * Open plate with hangers. Large drawer under the bed * Full bathroom with a tub, bidet, furniture and hand shower. Hair Dryer & Iron * Lavarropas and secarropas on the top floor, in common use with the rest of the owners. Requires files and supplies, not included in the rate. *Towels and sheets included *Check-in or check-out after 8:00 PM has an additional cost (ask)
