A short distance from the subway line B and Corrientes Avenue, which provides excellent connectivity to different parts of the city. Fully equipped and practical. High quality building with: gym, swimming pool and laundry. The space This is a 1-bedroom apartment located on Potosi & Pringles street. Equipped and thought in every detail for a comfortable and practical stay, and offering, in turn, premium amenities to enjoy. It has natural light during the day and a balcony with table and chairs to watch the sunset. We have: * King size bed of 1, 80 mts wide x 2 meters long. * Black-out curtains. * Smart TV in the living room with comfortable sofa. *Table for 4 people and breakfast bar with 2 stools. * Air conditioning hot/cold in the living room and bedroom. * Full kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator with freezer, electric oven, microwave, French press coffee, blender, toaster, stove, etc ...). * Closet with hangers. Iron. * Full bathroom with bathtub. Hair dryer. * WI FI (Vel.100MB) *Towels and sheets included Cleaning service available (not included, cost to be paid by the guest). For long stays we recommend one every 15 days. Everything you need to feel at home in a comfortable, warm and practical place!
