Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central place. Beautiful space to enjoy Buenos Aires. Bright and warm. Apartment with recycled kitchen. Very spacious. A very well located place to get around without problems, with immediate access to the subway and the main bus lines. The space It's a very comfortable apartment for 2 people. It has a spacious living room with table for 6, armchair and TV. Separate kitchen with laundry space and another dedicated to work place with desk. The master bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed for two people and TV. We leave coffee, tea, spices for cooking, oil, dressings and some courtesy so you can enjoy your stay to the fullest. Dining room and master bedroom share balcony. It is not an apartment suitable for young children. Guest access Before any power outages, the building does not have a generator set and the stairs indicated as emergency exits must be used correctly. Other things to note If the apartment is rented for more than 2 weeks, I need a person to clean and change linens weekly in order to maintain the apartment and guest comfort. Obviously we have a conversation. The cost of that extra cleaning is not included in the rental price. They do not check in or out in the early morning. It is NOT a space for babies and toddlers.
