Bright and spacious studio, with French balcony. Quiet kitchen equipped and comfortable. Terrace overlooking the historic center. Includes Wi-Fi. Building Architectural Heritage of the Nation. 100 meters from Metro Line A. All means of transport. Meters from restaurants, cafes and traditional bars. Minutes walking from the main icons of the city and tourist attractions. The space Mono ambiance located in the heart of the block. Very quiet. It has lots of natural light. It's my apartment. I managed my audiovisual projects here Short films, video clips, and I currently work at my film opera prima. Kitchen is comfortable. The bathroom is small but functional. It features a comfortable desk to work at, with monitors to connect to the personal notebook. Great for couples or solo travelers. Guest access Guests can also access the building's terrace that is shared with the other neighbors. They can sunbathe, or enjoy the view of the historic center. Important domes and buildings can be seen from this viewpoint. Other things to note The apartment is well located, but for me it is emblematic to enter the building. The experience starts on the driveway. Climb back in time and discover the early Siglo City of Buenos Aires. There are many shops nearby
