The space SUNNY BIG room / roof terrace - Air conditioning and roof ventilators & shared bathroom - newly renovated old style house (very quite as it is in the backyard) - centrally located (3 Subways, lots of buses, train - easy to move around) - roof terrace - WIFI/Internet - fully equipped kitchen/ washing machine - the room has now a bigger table as in the fotos - couch and table (not on the fotos - recently aquired :-) - Languages: English, Spanish & German - supermarkets, bakery, shops in walking distance - 2 streets from a typical tango streets with painted houses & the Carlos Gardel museum - Milongas (Tango close & easy to reach with buses) I dance tango as well. I am a Feldenkrais teacher and Grafphic Designer - the room is big enough to move the bed & dance (but only in socks :-) Looking forward to meet you Simone Guest access WIFI, kitchen, washing machine, terrace
