Apartment with plenty of natural light, located in the touristic neighborhood of San Telmo, Buenos Aires 3 blocks away from the historic Lezama Park and a 10 min. walk to La Boca. 15 min from Buquebus and Retiro stations, 25 min from Aeroparque and 30 min from Ezeiza (by car). Good speed of wi-fi, easing your remote job. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. Just one block from cafes, restaurants, ice cream parlors and diet/vegan shops. Space to leave the bikes inside. Private entrance. The space You are going to be located in an old and typical building of old Buenos Aires, characteristic with its high ceilings and balconies. A good balance has been achieved between the old and the modern. The entrance is semi-private and you can enjoy having the space and tranquility of leaving your bike (or umbrellas) inside at the door. Guest access Our guests will have full access to the entire apartment, balcony and private entrance. The building itself does not have parking.
