Take it easy at this unique and tranquil oasis in Buenos Aires. In this busy city, drink a cup of coffee after waking up looking at the palm trees of our internal garden. In summer or warm days you can enjoy the building's pool, or take a chair and get some sun light on the grass. You'll find some extras that you won't find in other rentals: - A classic guitar to play - A nintendo Switch - A washing and DRYING machine The space One bedroom with Queen size bed and a big and spacious wardrobe. A living-room with a couch, TV, speakers, Nintendo Switch, classic guitar, books (in Spanish and English), a coffee table. A dinning area with table and four chairs with a big window overlooking some beautiful palm trees. A fully-quipped kitchen with a coffee machine, toaster, fridge, electric kettle and microwave. A nice bathroom with shower and bathtub. A balcony with a small table and two chairs to enjoy the garden. I also leave a notebook/laptop stand that's useful if you work remote, and a small bluetooth keyboard. Guest access You can use everything at the apartment, read some books, play guitar, play with the nintendo switch, and exercise or do some yoga with my exercise mattress. Also you have access to the building's pool to go for a swim, and the garden has deck chairs that you can grab to lay down and get some sun. Other things to note Internet speed is 600MB download and 500MB upload, fiber-optic. Good for remote working (I'm a remote worker myself)
