Spacious loft on the border of Belgrano and Nuñez. It boasts an excellent location: just a few blocks from Chinatown and River Plate Stadium, with direct connections to Palermo, Retiro and Downtown. Perfect for long stays. It offers amenities such as a laundry room and rooftop pool. The space The loft is located in a quiet area but just two blocks from a subway station and the Metrobus on Av. Cabildo. It features a double bed, full bathroom, excellent Wi-Fi and internet speed, air conditioning (hot/cold), a fan, microwave, kitchen and a living-dining area with a street-facing balcony and open view. The large windows fill the space with natural light, creating a pleasant atmosphere. You'll be minutes away from tourist sites, concert stadiums, airports and ferry terminals. For monthly stays, two cleaning services are included, scheduled approximately every two weeks (the exact day will be coordinated in advance). The building offers access to a rooftop pool (available in summer), a gym and a ground-floor patio with a barbecue grill. There's also a laundry room with washer and dryer. Guest access There is access to all the rooms of the loft and to the common areas (terrace with swimming pool, laundry, etc). It is appreciated to respect the coexistence with the neighbors of the building. Other things to note We'll lend you a "Sube" card so you can use public transportation. Please, don't forget to return it
