Modern studio located in a central but calm area of Nuñez. This studio has everything you need for long and short stays. Very close to Cabildo avenue where you will find a lot of shops and a lot of public transportation. Close to River Plate Stadium. We have all you need to feel like you are at home. The space 32m2 located on the 3rd floor, with full bathroom, table for 2 people, Queen size bed, Smart TV and a big balcony. We also have a laundry area with a dryer and washer. At the rooftop, we have a solarium and a very small place where you can chill out in Spring and Summer time 32m2 studio apartment, on the 3rd floor, with a large balcony, full bathroom, full kitchen with 2 electric burners, refrigerator with freezer, table with chairs for two people, queen size bed and a Smart TV. In the building, there is a laundry area, with 1 washing machine and 1 drying machine. We have a terrace that can be used all year round, but in Spring/Summer it is ideal for sunbathing. There is a small pool, to wet your feet, which is available. Other things to note For same-day bookings, check check-in options. For last minute bookings, please ask about check-in options. For arrivals in the early morning or very late at night, between 8 pm and 7 am, pick up the keys at the following address: Malabia 444 - Villa Crespo - Capital Federal.
