This is your place! the geographical center of Buenos Aires. The space If you came to learn Spanish, If you are curious about how we live, you want to stay here. My home is unique because you can´t find a beautiful apartment in a traditional porteño neighborhood or barrio, as we call them. Everything is in Palermo, where you will walk in the street for ever as a tourist and people will talk to you in English. The apartment It´s wonderful and Caballito It´s a safe and beautiful neighborhood. 15 min away from most of the places, as It´s located in the geographic center of Buenos Aires. You will love it! It's 2 blocks from Rivadavia Av. If you want to (website hidden) it (Avenida Rivadavia 5400) The apartment It´s very comfortable for one, two or three people (the sofa It´s also bed) You will have a special place in the world here. You have a great view, sun all day, It´s lovely! You have Jacuzzi to relax and enjoy a long bath. You can make Asados or barbecues. You can use the swimming pool 24hs. Enjoy a lovely dinner in the balcony under the starts. The Bedroom and Living room have AC hot or cold. The building has a Security System, you will have access with a code and a token. They monitor the building 24hs with cameras. Guest access You will have WIFI and ethernet cable If you need it. Internet It´s 6MB. You can make Argentinean Asados, traditional Argentinean food. You can use the Swimming pool 24hs. You have free Laundry! uhuu! It´s very comfortable to live here :) Goooood vibes only! Other things to note You have: Village Caballito, movie teather. Parquer Rivadavia, to spend a sunny day. You have Caballito Shopping Center. You have Bars, Restaurants, and an Antique Hairdresser place. It´s a great Neighborhood !! Live like a real Porteño! :)
