Spacious studio in a quiet neighborhood, next to Subway line B, transportation on the most important avenues of Chacarita and Colegiales, the new gastronomic hub and the Movistar Arena. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, queen size bed, sofa, TV, Internet, air conditioning cold/heat, radiant heater and boiler. It is located on the 1st floor (elevator), surrounded by greenery, bright, two large windows with balcony and garden view. Ideal for a comfortable, pleasant stay. The space The building is new, with few units, entrance surrounded by greenery where the elevator and staircase are accessed. The floor where the apartment is located has a roofed access corridor throughout its route, a garden whose view is visible from inside the apartment, since it has a window and a small balcony above it. The second balcony, and larger, which is located in the resting area, also overlooks the garden that, in this case, surrounds the garage. We have recently added a washing machine, which is for exclusive use. The monoambient has 34 m2 covered and 4 uncovered. Each sector offers spaciousness to circulate and move inside, providing comfort, ease of movement in pursuit of a relaxed and enjoyable stay. Guest access The garages cannot be occupied because they are for the exclusive use of some owners. Our apartment does not have this availability.
