Hi! This is my home but it is NOT a sharing apartment. I rent my WHOLE home when I'm traveling. Maria, who manages the apartment, is always available to answer any questions. It is a clean luxury apartment in a 2014 building, in the beautiful, trendy but quiet neighborhood of Chacarita, only 5 minutes walking from Palermo. The space The Apartment Size: About 430 square feet (~ 40 square meters). Bedroom: One bedroom with a full-size bed; incredibly comfortable Individual Pocketed Spring Mattress, with extra pillows., two bedside table with drawers anda a Smart TV enfront de bed. Also, one giant placard with the mirror covering one of its doors. Living Room: The living room has a new sofa, a flat 32'' LCD with Cable + special HD channels (about 28, like FOX HD, ESPN HD, etc), a beautiful coffee table and a dining table with three chairs Kitchen (integrated to the living-room): A fully stocked kitchen (oven, micro-wave, toaster, awesome refrigerator, pots, pans, glasses, plates, etc; it is in the same space as the living room). I love to cook, so you will have everything you need. It also has a wooden breakfast nook. Balcony: The beautiful and spacious balcony is probably my favorite place in the house; it has a small table with two sofas. Gorgeous place to have your breakfast, or your lunch or dinner, or just drink a mate (which, of course, you'll be able to find in my kitchen) reading a book. I have beautiful plants there, which you will have to provide some water to keep them alive. You can even eat in the balcony watching TV, because the LCD has an “arm" to move the TV more than 90 degrees. Bathroom: complete, with all you need: bathhub, powerful shower with hot water, towels, soap, shampoo, etc. Also, my home has a new Hot and Cold Air Conditioner. Laundry at the last floor of the building
