Direct entrance from the street to the entrance patio. It is a bright, warm and welcoming space with large windows. It maintains its original floor and old windows, fusing the old and the modern. Quality appliances and details thought with love to provide the best home experience. The loft has two floors: Low level: Independent entrance from the street - Comfortable living room with sofa, full kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, microwave, Nespresso and Volturno coffee maker, toaster, etc.) - Table and chairs for 4 people - Toilette - Patio & BBQ First floor: - Spacious bedroom with a bright desk - Queen size bed with the possibility of separating it into two single beds - Full bathroom with washing machine and hair dryer - Large closet Guest access You can access the front yard and the apartment Other things to note At the time of booking I will request your full name and photo of the passport or ID. Also the flight number and arrival time. The check in time is 24 hours, however, an extra 20 USD will be charged for income between 9 pm and 9 am. These must be paid in cash at check-in.
