This unique accommodation has plenty of space and natural light to enjoy, tranquillity to rest, and an excellent workspace with an electric desk, an ultra-wide 34" screen, and WiFi up to 300Mb. Most of the lights are automated as well as the air and vapour extractors. The space It's a recently completely refurbished open space flat with a modern style, featuring smart lighting and technological details. The flat is located at the end of a corridor, towards the interior of the block, away from street noise. The kitchen, lounge, and dining area are situated on the ground floor, along with the full bathroom which has a shower and intelligent ventilation (switches on when it detects steam). The bedroom and workspace are on the mezzanine level, at opposite ends of a walkway that surrounds the space. A ceiling window provides plenty of natural light throughout the day. Guest access The entire space is designed for guests' comfort, including a small interior courtyard for fresh air and sunshine. Other things to note There is a coffee machine that accepts Nespresso and Dolce Gusto capsules, as well as ground coffee; you just need to use the correct adaptor. Capsules can be purchased at all local supermarkets (though they're usually other brands). There is a Smart TV with Android TV, providing access to Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming services (using the guest's accounts). The workspace features an electric height-adjustable desk, a 34" ultra-wide monitor, and a fully adjustable ergonomic chair. The bed is Queen size (160cm) with a premium base and mattress.
