Coghlan is a residential neighborhood with beautiful big english houses. Secure and calm, it's 15 minutes walk from Belgrano and 10 minutes by taxi to Palermo. The space The house is a typical Argentine house called PH (horizontal property), located on a ground floor, with high ceilings, wooden floors and noble walls. The house was renovated to new and has two connected rooms: the bedroom and the living-dining room. The bathroom is generous, it has a bathtub and bidet. It has a small internal patio full of plants and a staircase that leads to the large terrace with more plants and a grill where the sun shines all day. The decoration is typical of a couple of artists, with its own design and character. It is ideal for a couple alone or with a child. The bed is new, so it is very comfortable.
