Beautiful studio apartment with balcony, jacuzzi and garage. Located in a building with less than 5 years of construction, spacious and equipped, designed for a unique stay in the city, whether short or long. The apartment is located 5 blocks from the Fleming Institute and is also close to several points of tourist interest such as Chinatown, February 3 Park, the Japanese Garden, the Hippodrome and La Rural, as well as the Monumental Stadium. The space Apartments of 35 square meters (approx) with full bathroom, integrated kitchen and balcony. All our apartments are equipped with air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, flat-screen TV and private bathroom with bidet, hairdryer and free toiletries (welcome kit). It also includes a microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Guest access The entrance to the building is through a digital lock and the apartment has a traditional lock (entrance with the use of keys). Other things to note -The cleaning service is MANDATORY for all guests and is carried out every 7 days, by our housekeeping staff. -Due to a construction adjoining our building, we inform you that there may be disturbing noise from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM. -The jacuzzi is located on the 8th floor, it is enabled from 10AM to 6PM. -The use of the garage is subject to availability. -Laundry on the 8th floor, tokens must be purchased for use. It works from 8AM to 5PM. -Obligatory for all our guests to complete the online check-in form
