The space The apartment is a bright and beautiful fourth-floor unit in the heart of Colegiales. The living room is spacious and full of natural light. It connects directly to the fully equipped open kitchen, making it easy to cook, relax, and entertain all in one space. The bedroom features a double-sized bed with fresh linens and towels, a large closet, and sweeping views of the garden and city skyline—sunsets here are truly unforgettable. Step out onto the private balcony, where a table and chairs offer the perfect spot for morning coffee or a glass of wine at dusk.
