One of the most prosperous, modern, and safe neighborhoods in Buenos Aires. It is located inside a modern building, with a 24/7 Front Desk/Security. This (52 m2) apartment has just been decorated with modern style furniture to provide maximum comfort. (Check Rates and Availability) The building offers an outdoor circular pool, another 25-meter indoor pool for swimming, and a Scandinavian hydromassage in the spa area. It also has a sauna, massage service, jacuzzi, and relaxation rooms. The complex has a gym with state-of-the-art equipment, a Pilates room, a yoga room, and a 350-meter aerobic circuit on the 6th floor. The complex has a comfortable co-working space exclusively for adults over 18 years of age. It's located on the 1st floor of the Santos Dumont sector, and is accessed by elevator. It has comfortable meeting spaces, a kitchenette, and a lounge overlooking the central courtyard and pool area. Some meeting rooms require advance booking and are subject to availability. The pools can be used from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The swimming pool is open year-round, while the outdoor pool is only open from October to March. Children under 18 years of age CANNOT be left unattended in the pool. If that happens, fines may apply. Access to the gym is from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM and is only permitted for adults over 18 years of age. Spa services, yoga, and Pilates classes are subject to availability and have an additional cost to be paid on site.
