This is my cozy apartment in Buenos Aires, equipped with cable tv, aircon and WIFI. Bedsheets, towels and cooking utensils provided. Walking distance to main attractions, like Avenida 9 de Julio, Obelisco, Avenida de Mayo, San Telmo and Puerto Madero. The area host also universities and faculties, and very close to subway station just less than 5 minutes walk! As i travel overseas frequently, my apartment becomes available most of the year then I welcome you to stay at home on your own! The space Nice building, quiet and clean and very central location! My apartment has a spacious bedroom with a queen size bed (1.60 x 2.00), and dining/living room, complete renovated bathroom and a nice kitchen. The apartment is fully furnished and totally equipped to make your stay in Buenos Aires very comfortable and enjoyable. Please don't expect great city views from the windows (it is an internal apartment) but an excellent place to be based and explore the city! Guest access All fees and charges are included (Electricity/Water/Heating/Cable TV/Internet/building maintenance /municipal taxes) You have the complete apartment for yourself Other things to note always take the keys with you! You need to open and close the apartment door and also the main entrance door!
