Welcome to your temporary home in Buenos Aires. This beautiful house, recently renovated to new, with bright spaces located on the ground floor of a historic and quiet building. Located in a strategic area, close to the main tourist sites, universities and commercial areas, with easy access to public transport. This place is perfect whether you're coming to the city for tourism, studies, or business. Come and experience staying in a unique place, ready for you to enjoy The space This comfortable and cozy home located in the neighborhood of Monserrat, just steps from the famous 9 de Julio Avenue, offers you an ideal space to enjoy the city. With iconic places such as the Obelisco, Pizzería Guerrin, Plaza de Mayo, Teatro Colón, San Telmo, Café Tortoni, Puerto Madero. You will have access to everything Buenos Aires has to offer. You enter the building through a door to the street, you will walk through a straight corridor that brings you to the house on the ground floor, identified with the number 8. Upon entering the house you will find a spacious and bright environment where the dining room equipped with table and chairs,❄️ cold/heat air conditioning, ceiling fan, 300MB 📶 Wi-Fi connectivity is developed so you can work or relax without interruptions. Then, and integrated into the dining room, the living room is developed, with a sofa bed🛌🏻, ideal for hosting two additional guests who wish to accompany us. Bed linen is included for your convenience. Environments with decoration details, paintings that adorn the walls, adding a touch of personality, the soft carpet under the sofa invites you to relax and enjoy a moment of tranquility. To complete this environment, green plants that add a touch of nature and life. 🛀🏻 The bathroom area, bright and well equipped, has everything you need for your comfort, it has a shower foot, washing machine, mirror, toilet and bidet. Towel set is provided per guest, paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner , hair dryer. Bathroom and kitchen amenities areas offer hot water. From the living room you access the bedroom in the between floor, by staircase. The low ceiling bedroom creates an intimate atmosphere, its visual connection with the rest of the apartment gives it a special touch. It has 🌓 blackout curtains for a restful sleep, even during daylight hours. This room is equipped with a double bed 🛌🏻 for two people, bedding, drawers, coat rack, 📺 Smart TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime streaming platforms. Log in with your account to access your favorite content. On the other hand, the Kitchen area🍽️, located in a separate atmosphere, accessed from the dining room. Also bright naturally, it is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious homemade meals, if you wish, it has a 10-piece anti-adhesive teflon battery set, cups, plates, cutlery, electric turkey, coffee maker, toaster, 4 ovens and gas oven, microwaves, cooking utensils, air extractor, refrigerator and a washing machine is offered. From the airport, go to the bus stop located on Av Costanera Rafael Obligado, in front of the airport. Take line 8 or 45 towards the San Telmo area. Get off at the bus stop closest to the intersection of Av. 9 de Julio and Calle México. From there it will be almost three blocks walking to the house. The approximate travel time is around 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Ezeiza-EZE Ministro Pistarini International✈️ Airport: The distance from the airport to the house is 35 to 40 kilometers. In terms of transportation options, there are several alternatives: • Taxi/Uber: Travel time from the airport to the house will be around 45-60 minutes, depending on traffic. • Minibuses (Manuel Tienda León): It offers a service that connects Ezeiza International Airport with the bus terminal of the City of Buenos Aires (Madero Terminal or Retiro Terminal). Approximate travel time 45 to 60 minutes. • Buses: Line 8 (caba)/branches A, B, C or D. You can take this line from the International Airport bus terminal. Get off at Avenida 9 de Julio intersection Av. de Mayo, or nearby stops. On 9 de Julio Avenue, take bus lines 100/39/59/17/10 that take you to the intersection of Mexico Street. From there it will be almost three blocks walking to the house. The approximate travel time is 1 hour depending on traffic. We recommend planning your trip in advance, depending on traffic and schedule.
