This elegant studio is located in the historic center of Buenos Aires, just minutes from the iconic Plaza de Mayo. The building, with its contemporary design that blends with the surrounding aesthetics, combines modern architecture with the comfort of a hotel. The apartment features a private bathroom, kitchen, and a spacious, bright layout. You’ll enjoy amenities like a pool, terrace, restaurant, and cozy lobby, all designed to ensure an unforgettable stay in this vibrant city. Other things to note RULES of the house 1. The property is located at a residential address. No noise that may bother neighbors are allowed. (Quiet hours after 11 pm) 2. Pleasedo not throw toilet paper/sanitary towels/ etc in the WC 3. Cannot be invited to more than 2 people, or to organize parties and/or events. Failure to comply with this rule is subject to cancellation of booking with no refund. (Talk to the appropriate person if you want to arrange anything in the apartment and we will consider the request) 4. Always turn off lights and electrical equipment before leaving the apartment (air conditioning, fans, washing machine, TV.). 5. Our check-in is after 4pm and check out is by 11am. We cordially offer flexibility in these times in case there are no other guests checking in or out. If you wish to guarantee your early check-in or late check-out, you can pay 50% of a daily fee to book the property for your use; 6. For each reservation we provide 1 set of linens with blankets for each bed and 1 set of bath linens per guest. The change service of bed and bath towels can be requested and paid separately. Our bed and bath linens are in perfect condition - please let us know if you find any in poor condition so we can replace them /Please do not use the bath towel at the beach or pool / Please be careful with the products that may damage them (especially makeup and sunscreen) as they can be loaded from your security deposit. 7. We provide 1 roll of toilet paper toilet paper per bathroom and 1 garbage bag per trash can found in the apartment. In case you need more all the apartments are close to a market to be able to buy. 8. Anything that is broken during the stay will be paid by the tenant through the app. 9. It's okay to cook, but please leave everything clean and organized 10. Please out of respect for the neighbors check 2 times that the elevator is properly closed, in case it is not manual. And don't overload the elevators, look at the number of people allowed and comply with it. The suitcases count as 1 person. 11. Do not bring drinks, or food into the pool, and maintain respect in the attire with the other inhabitants of the building. 12. Cowork is only for work or study. No noise Enjoy your stay and have fun!
