It is spacious and super bright, comfortable to share and live an experience in Buenos Aires as if you were Porteño . The house is newly renovated but maintains the classic charm of every old house in the San Telmo neighborhood. The kitchen is large, equipped for everyone who enjoys cooking. It also has individual storage space for each room and 2 refrigerators with freezers to share. The dining room and the 2-sofa area are adjacent to each other and both overlook a green terrace where the sun shines most of the time. The dining table is also ideal for working during the day or studying together. On the other side, there is a terrace next to the laundry room that is used exclusively for hanging clothes. A bright hallway connects the 7 private rooms and the 3 bathrooms shared among the housemates
