A GROUND FLOOR HOUSE with two bedrooms, one of which is permanently rented. Smoking is allowed in the patio. The house is NEAR THE SUBWAY AV. CABILDO AND SEVERAL BUS LINES. Close to food establishments, several supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, movie theaters, etc. CHECK available dates. The space The room faces the patio as shown in the photo. The neighborhood is quiet and has all the businesses and transportation within easy reach. Guest access The room is private. The kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and patio are shared. Smoking is allowed in the patio. During your stay I'm almost always at home because I work online. So if you need me, you can find me here at home or send me a message. Other things to note I have a cat, it is very sociable. I do not book for third parties
