We are waiting for you in La Rosita, a porteño refuge surrounded by colorful passages, to get to know Buenos Aires from a unique location. The space The space offers: - Dining room with air conditioning, Smart TV and sofa bed 1.20 meter wide (47 inches), ideal for two children or one adult. Consult to add extra guest room. - Room with two twin beds that can be joined as a 1.60 meter wide double bed (63 inches), ceiling fan and heater panel - Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator (not freezer) and all the utensils to prepare your favorite meals. - Bathroom with bathtub and personal hygiene items to relax after a day full of activities. - Small balcony overlooking one of the neighborhood's iconic passages. Other things to note The room can be set up with a double bed or two twin beds. The two twin beds option is only available if requested in advance. Please check before booking. Before check-in, a photo of the guest ID or passport will be requested. The apartment features double-glazed windows that help reduce outside noise.
