Apartment with 4 beds , 3 for adults and the 4th. for child or person of no more than 50 kg …because it is the lower bed of the living room sofa bed and the mattress is of less thickness. Bed and bath bedding and spare sets as well. Building Fee and Services Included Washing machine and dryer of your own clothes, extremely bright. It is located in the neighborhood of Palermo Soho , tourist center par excellence 150 meters from Plaza Serrano, restaurants, shops, bars , confectioneries ....everything offers a very active night of Buenos Aires just 8 blocks from the Los Arcos shopping and 7 blocks from the Plaza Italia subway line..... walking or 100 meters from the apartment you can take a bus (bus) to not walk the 7 blocks Guest access All the spaces in the apartment can be used by guests. It is an entire apartment Other things to note The rent includes all the expenses of the building and the,services of the apartment,electricity..gas..tvcable, internet. It does not include housekeeping during your stay.
