This beautiful apartment is close to everything: it will be very easy to plan your visit. Close to Jorge Newbery Airport. Close to the Japanese garden, the Rosedal park, Planetarium, Ecopark and also close to a lot of restaurants in the Plaza Serrano area. Two blocks from the Plaza Italia subway station, line D. Also close to multiple bus stops to go anywhere in the capital or province of Buenos Aires. The space 🛏️ The apartment has a single bed in the room, which has been used for 1 year. Under the bed there is a single mattress, which is a bit old, and I also have a double mattress in the room. The room has hot/cold air conditioning and a standing fan. The large closet is closed because I keep my belongings, but a part of the closet with hangers, sheets, towels and bedspreads is available for use. Fully-equipped 🍴 kitchen: electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, electric toaster, basic utensils: plates, glasses, cups, pots, cutlery, etc. Living 🎬 area: table with chairs/benches and sofa. 📌 Extras: iron, cleaning utensils in case of problems, extra toilet paper, in the living room closet. You can use the non-perishable food in the kitchen cupboard. I travel a lot for work, so the apartment has personal things, although most are protected, don't forget that it is my home
