Relax in the heart of Palermo Hollywood. 2 rooms, modern, comfortable, bright and very quiet; with a balcony and nice view. Unbeatable location, 5 blocks from the center of Palermo Soho, the area most sought after by locals and foreigners to enjoy culture, fairs, bars and restaurants. Close to the subway, metrobuses, and trains, this apartment gives you easy access to any part of the city without relying on your own vehicle. Dare to enjoy and get to know Buenos Aires from my place. The space Two-room apartment, bright, quiet and comfortable for two, three or four people with an unobstructed balcony. The bedroom has its own split air conditioning and a ceiling fan, it has an unobstructed window to the outside and a work station adjacent to it, with a desk and ergonomic chair to be able to work with a lot of natural light and comfortably. The bedroom bed is Queen size, but two Twin size beds can also be requested if desired. The closet is designed for a couple, as it has a symmetrical division so that each person has their own space. The living room/kitchen/dining room is the apartment's second environment and has its own split air conditioning. The living room area has a two-body sofa that converts into a 1.30m-wide sofa bed for one or two people (accommodating more than two people carries an additional charge up to a maximum of four guests in total). It also has its smart TV with Google Chromecast and a second workstation with its desk and chair. There is the WiFi modem with a contracted internet plan of 300Mbps download that works very well (there is flexibility to contract other internet connection plans for long stays based on the guest's requirements). The kitchen/dining area has a table for up to four people and a full kitchen for long stays, cooking utensils, and tableware for four guests. The bathroom is complete and includes a bidet. Clean towels and toiletries are provided during the stay. The balcony has a small table with chairs and due to its orientation opposite the street, it is very quiet and has a lot of natural light throughout the year. It is ideal for working or relaxing outdoors. Attached to the balcony is a laundry room with a washing machine that is exclusively for guests on long stays or if desired as an additional. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the apartment. The laundry room is available for long stays or additionally for short stays. Other things to note Change of towels, bedding, and personal hygiene products are available weekly for stays
